Home Unit Headquarters is Australia's leading marketing organisation specialising in the development and sales of architect designed high-end apartments, home units and townhouses. Our projects are predominantly in the upper middle class and prestigious inner city/suburbs.

Established in 1974 and a HIA member since 1975, we have marketed over 250 major new residential property developments in Sydney. Our Town Planning and Market Research facilities enable comprehensive feasibilities to be conducted on any type of development or building application.

As consultants from the initial site acquisition and concept through to interior design/finishes to the final public sell-out, our name has been associated with Australia's largest and most respected property development companies. We are proud to be associated with Sydney's most successful development projects.

In 1979, in conjunction with a number of our clients, we pioneered the inner city living concept of Sydney which has since resulted in thousands of apartments being built and occupied, revolutionising the city's lifestyle.

We opened our Hong Kong office in 1986 and in ensuing years sold many thousands of apartments in the Far East.

Home Unit Headquarters has performed many duties as consultants to a range of government and semi-government bodies and co-operatives as well as offered services in property management, project marketing and apartment sales.
